Terms of Service – Brass Balls Saloon Website

  5. Third-Party Links. The Site includes links to external sites (e.g. our Gift Shop on HootiesOC.com, Gift Voucher sales via SecureTree). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk, and those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
  6. User Content. The Site does not currently allow user comments or submissions. If we open any interactive forum or comment section, you must not post illegal, infringing, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove any such content without notice.

The sale of gift vouchers is subject to Maryland law: No gift certificate we sell will expire or incur fees within four (4) years of purchase[8]. Please retain your purchase receipt; in case of issues, contact us at gifts@brassballsoc.com. Refunds or exchanges of gift vouchers will be handled per our policy (if any) or as required by law.
  12. Email Communications. By providing your email (e.g. via subscription or contact form), you agree we may send you updates or promotional messages. You may opt out at any time via an “unsubscribe” link or by contacting us. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: our emails will include our valid postal address and an easy unsubscribe option[1].
  13. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (without regard to conflict of law rules). Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
